currant and black cherry and earthy vanilla notes on the nose, this dry, lightly tannic wine pairs well with soft cheese, lamb, grilled pork, and barbecued steak.

ROSÉ (2022) With hints of strawberry and grapefruit notes on the nose, this light, crisp, fun and fruity Rosé Wine with a touch of acidity pairs well with seafood and summer fare.

DURABO (2022) , a Método Português Dessert Wine. Durabo translates as “I shall endure,” a dual reference to this style of wines’ history of being able to withstand time and travel, and our own grape vines surviving our burdensome climate and soil. Spicy, rich berries with a hint of vanilla on the nose, Durabo pairs well with caramel and chocolate.
