Durabo translates as “I shall endure,” a dual reference to this style of wines’ history of being able to withstand time and travel, and our own grape vines surviving our burdensome climate and soil. Spicy, rich berries with a hint of vanilla on the nose, Durabo pairs well with caramel and chocolate.
